Interaction between unleashed large dogs and children happening daily in the playground side of the park.
Either the grass area should be converted into a dog park which effectively what it is used for every day or the playground should be fenced around.
It is just a matter of time before a child gets bitten or tackled.

No one lives in the home with them and the cats are fed in the street and dogs can be heard barking and crying all day. The owner of the property does not live there and stops by once every couple days at night to give the animals food and avoid being seen. I’m not sure if the dogs are ever able to be outside. It’s heartbreaking to see these animals being so neglected. This home is in my neighborhood and it’s truly hard to walk by everyday seeing and hearing these animals while I walk my well cared for dogs.
