Flooding/DrainageRiconosciuto5514 Doyle St Emeryville, CA, 94608, USA - EmeryvilleI'm writing to ask you to please pay attention to the flooding situation at Doyle Street and 55th. There's a flood almost every time it rains hard, and volunteers are out there sweeping and trying to clear the storm drains with their hands and tools.
I feel the drains should work better, or there should be more of them, or the city should find some other solution.
Thanks for considering.
