Old appliances and car parts in yard and along side house

The backyard is full of trash laying all over the yard, old appliances that havent been moved in over a year, and the grass is overgrown over a foot tall.

He won’t mow his lawn the junk in his backyard is disgusting. The weeds in the backyard are stinging nettles and growing very tall. Please make him clean up his trash. Mice from his junk heaps are starting to invade my home!

This yard has been reported multiple times and nothing is ever done. It’s a mess. Disgusting with lawnmowers,snowblowers,tires and tools. A garbage mess!
