Can the city see about putting warning on crosswalks around all roundabouts, ones down Pullen Rd, and Hillsborough to the Morgan St. Round About.

It is becoming a big problem of drivers going fast, not paying attention and not stopping to yield right of way to pedestrians. I'm literally afraid I will be hit walking through these crosswalks. If police could monitor that would be helpful to deter those that can not understand that pedestrians have right of way in crosswalks. I've had more than a several near misses by vehicles at the crosswalks around the university.

316 W Edenton St Raleigh, NC, 27603, USA - North Central
As a pedestrian, the intersection of Edenton and Harrington is dangerous. Most vehicles ignore the yield sign. It takes a long time to be able to safely cross. There needs to be a four way stop sign or stoplight here.

Ashe Ave & Hillsborough St Raleigh, NC, 27605, USA - Hillsborough
Had a near miss walking down the sidewalk across Ashe Ave at Hillsborough St. There is no marked crosswalk (even though it is understood to be one) and no crossing light. This is an extremely busy cut through for people between western and Hillsborough. There is no stop bar so people pull up almost into Hillsborough St. and as they look left for traffic they are not watching for pedestrians, making this a potentially hazardous or fatal situation for pedestrians.

School zone signs are missing and urgently needed. Vehicles are constantly blowing through the stop sign or doing rolling stops/turns. It is not safe for the students.

Speed limit sign that's obscured by plant and likely not visible to the numerous drivers who drive too fast to see it.

Chisel Studio keeps placing illegal signs around neighborhood in right of way and on private property

Wasn’t sure where to put this. But there are about 50 sign posts on Oberlin and I think the project is almost complete. I hope someone is coming by to pick up every one of these signs from the sidewalk areas. I think we could improve on using these signs in the future. Use plastic signs with a much bigger, black magic marker. The current signs are almost useless, and unreadable.

2218 Fairview Rd Raleigh, North Carolina, 27608 - Five Points
The No Parking Signs have been removed from both poles in front of 2218 Fairview Rd. The current construction workers on Woodland said they did not remove them. This no parking zone is constantly violated even with signs in place and makes it very dangerous for cars leaving Woodland to Fairview when cars are parked illegally.

Flashing school zone light timing is incorrect for multiple flashing signs.

Chester Rd & Elmsford Way Raleigh, NC, 27608, USA - Wade
The new apartment complex has made this intersection a nightmare. Coming from the Chester Rd dead end is a yield sign— which people do not obey. Coming from the complex is a stop sign, same deal. Either there needs to be a 4-way stop, a roundabout, flashing neon lights, anything. I’m nearly hit just about every day because people either don’t obey the signs or (understandably) are confused by the layout.
