Broken stairs

The renters at 2128 CHARNY DR Raleigh, NC 27604 continue to park their cars on the City sidewalk. Numerous walkers, people in wheel chairs, and runners have to walk out/wheel out into the street to pass by this home. This puts them at risk from being hit by passing cars on this narrow street.

The tree branch hangs down low into your face and the bushes are well into the sidewall path.

Bushes at southeast corner of Brooks and Bedford are growing over the sidewalk. Less than half of the sidewalk is usable.

The overgrowth of the bushes makes it impossible to walk on a section of the sidewalk. To walk in that area forces you in the street.

There is overgrowth on the sidewalks on Harden making it impossible to stay on the sidewalk when walking. I must walk out in the street. this location because of the overgrowth.

The Starbar has started parking its wrapped truck on the sidewalk again. This has been previously reported. The truck blocks the sidewalk, obstructs driver's line of sight, and surely is a violation of the city's sign ordinances.

A new water meter was just installed in the sidewalk in front of wiley elementary school. There is concrete dust from cutting the sidewalk all over the stone wall. The new curb is lower than the existing curb on either side. The planting strip is filled with red clay not top soil for replanting. The surface is uneven and causes a trip hazard. I have close up photos of several of the problems if you would like me to email them to you.

Bushes and trees are obstructing the sidewalk and need to be trimmed.
