Chisel Studio keeps placing illegal signs around neighborhood in right of way and on private property

Wasn’t sure where to put this. But there are about 50 sign posts on Oberlin and I think the project is almost complete. I hope someone is coming by to pick up every one of these signs from the sidewalk areas. I think we could improve on using these signs in the future. Use plastic signs with a much bigger, black magic marker. The current signs are almost useless, and unreadable.

The No Parking Signs have been removed from both poles in front of 2218 Fairview Rd. The current construction workers on Woodland said they did not remove them. This no parking zone is constantly violated even with signs in place and makes it very dangerous for cars leaving Woodland to Fairview when cars are parked illegally.

Flashing school zone light timing is incorrect for multiple flashing signs.

The new apartment complex has made this intersection a nightmare. Coming from the Chester Rd dead end is a yield sign— which people do not obey. Coming from the complex is a stop sign, same deal. Either there needs to be a 4-way stop, a roundabout, flashing neon lights, anything. I’m nearly hit just about every day because people either don’t obey the signs or (understandably) are confused by the layout.

Just to the left of the pinpointed location (on Brooks), there is a "NO PARKING <--->" sign. To the left of that sign is a STOP sign. But to the right of the sign there is no corresponding "NO PARKING <---" sign to indicate where the NO PARKING section ends. As a result, people park in this NO PARKING section making it hard to see the STOP sign. Please add a "NO PARKING <---" sign to clearly delineate where the NO PARKING section ends. If it does not end, then more "NO PARKING <--->" signs are needed along the recreational side of the street.

The traffic signal was removed here when the new one at the Hillsborough/Park intersection went up. However, this is still a frequently used crosswalk and some pedestrian signage will be nice due to the high speed of cars thru here. Ideally a HAWK, but even a regular yellow sign would be nice.

These illegal signs are everywhere. There's a dozen or more at the Six Forks and Strickland corner.
