    There seems to be an illegal night club or liquor establishment being run out of this building along N State st which impedes drivers and walkers that use this street as a sidewalk because the sidewalks along the buiare blocked with club goers. Please help make this part of South East Raleigh walkable like it was before this place opened up at night.

    This side walk is completely covered with dirt run-off from the adjacent dirt parking lot to the point that weeds and grass are taking over. There are multiple instances of this location being reported for more than a year. If this parking lot was owned by anyone other than the State of North Carolina, the City would fine them in a heartbeat. Grow a pair and fix this situation. This the most ridiculous sidewalk obstruction in the city and completely in violation of ADA.
