    On the east and west side of N. East St. on the north side of N. Boundary St. the sidewalks are full of untended plants and trees, especially yuccas and other sharp, pokey plants on the east side of N. East St. On the west side on N. East St. is a tree that hangs down into the sidewalk where a 5 foot or taller person runs into them This is an issue with walking through the area, and at night it's worse since you can't easily see the vegetation.. Please either have the owners trim their plants from the public ROW, continuously, or rip out the plants and get rid of them!!!

    The power pole located at 111 Chamberlain has about a two foot deep hole forming around it. This could be very bad if the hole grows and pole falls.
