    I have been staying here for years I know the owner and all of sudden about two months ago some random guy just starts staying there. The last month I have been seeing a lot of suspicious activity like traffic and he is constantly burning what I believe something in the backyard every time he goes back there you smell the most horrible smell. I don't think any of the utilities are on legally. 18340 E 12 Mile Rd Needs to be looked into ASAP there are kids in the neighborhood.

    road bed not graded properly. low spots, not enough gravel. no gravel in approach, sod still laying in approach and in road bed. Road already cracked at expansion joint, some of the rebar is bent up. City needs to inspect this before they cover it in cement. right now the road will fail in a few yrs wasting our tax dollars. Fix it right the first time. phase 3 across from this address the cement is pitted.
