    My neighbors have two dogs and they let them destroy their backyard. Toys, stuff animals or whatever but the garbage left over litters their yard and now it's blowing into mine.

    We have experienced several weeks of our trash and recycling not being picked up because cars (not related to us in any way) park right in front of our house and next to our bins on Thursday mornings (our trash pick up day). We currently have no way of disposing the trash and recycling in our house because our bins outside are full. What are we supposed to do with all of this trash? It's not fair that we are being punished for something that isn't our fault. Our house is becoming gross because of the trash build up and we can't put it outside. We need an immediate solution to this issue.

    I sent Mary Hughes Video directly about the garbage cans and lights.

    Code says garbage must be kept behind house or rear of yard. Neighbors putting garbage along fence line within 9 feet of my bedroom windows. They are being allowed to put their garbage behind my house and not theirs. They don't have to see their own garbage and I do. I am also subjected to the smell right outside my bedrooms or when I work along the flower beds. Seems I am being subjected to punishment from my own code department because you will not make them put it behind their house. Codes are a very specific set of rules to be read literally and NOT generally. Literal interpretation corrects any issues with property set backs as my property is 5 feet from fence and theirs property is 9 feet from fence. Anything along the fences is closer to my house, inviting vermin & smell into my property
