Front fence is broken and allow two big dogs to run lose in the streets. The dogs are friendly but make their needs on the others house front yard and scare some people and children due to their size.

I have written 3 letters to neighbor offering to pay half of the cost to replace fence and no response. I have submitted a complaint and still no action by neighbors. The fence is now down on the ground. I need help I can’t pass HHA inspection with this fence in this condition.
