Bushes on walkway path needs pruning.
Shrubbery overgrown.

The Puritan and coyle Park is full of debris, falling branches, and rodents. Will you please send someone out to spray or put down traps to catch these rats. They are coming into my garage and yard. Please send someone out to inspect it thank you.

Bushes and debri is higher and higher.

The tree in the north east corner of the park has been dead for a couple years now. Between the tree drying out more with the time it has been dead and the frequent storms with high winds, it has become a hazard. It should be removed this autumn or next spring at the latest.

Hallow tree in Hyde Park near Canterbury The tree is diseased and dangerous !.

Tree branches OUT of hand overgrown and congestedmaking it problematic for travel throughout the alleyway Blindspots creating potential dangerous situation. Very poor lighting in this alley if any. Very dark. Needs to well lit.

In Lafayette Central Park - West side in between Larned and Lafayette Streets, there is a large dead tree with limbs failing plus another willow tree that is of poor structure on property line with 1300 Lafayette East Coop. They both require removal for safety purposes and lawn maintenance.

TREE REMOVAL REQUEST/RECOMMENDATION

Subject Willow tree (Babylon Willow/Weeping Willow) has significant rotting within the primary trunk from just below grade level to the top of the primary trunk (approximately 8’). All of the heartwood/plith has rotted away. Rot measures approx. 29” into tree. Tree is deemed to be dangerous, and the tree risk assessment for failure is classed as "Probable" or "Imminent". There has been at least one incident of one of the smaller dead tree branches [6 feet;15 lbs] randomly falling and almost hitting the adjacent homeowner had he not ran out of the way after hearing a "cracking sound" above him.

This tree is regrowth from prior tree cutting in approximately 1998 at which time 8 feet of the original unhealthy trunk/stump was left remaining and this has regrown from that stump. Tree is adjacent to one occupied residence, and is approximately 35’ from roadside of Ridge Road. Electric and communication utility lines are within the fall zone of this tree.

Tree is located on City of Detroit parcel 22012696-8, parcel address 23381 S Riverdale [Detroit Parks & Recreation] – and is immediately north adjacent to the house located at 16661 Ridge (seen in photo).

Tree is yellow-tape tagged for ID purposes.

The tree is dead and the continuously falling limbs are a danger to my property and pedestrians. My name is Ronald Wells.
