Light is not working

Street light at the Corner of North Main Street is out. There is another street light also burned out just south of this one on North Main same side of the street near the traffic light. I believe the bulb on this one was recently replaced but it is out again.

This light has been out for at least six months and is located in the AA School parking lot corner

Lights out in half of outbuilding. As you can see in the links below, this has been an ongoing issue for some time. Thankfully, earlier this year, a portion of the lights were turned on so most of the building was lit (thank you!), but half of the building is dark again as of later this summer. Homeless people consistently sleep beneath the shelter and today I had to call the police as I'm convinced my dog rolled in a puddle / pile of human excrement next to their makeshift bed (there is a mattress living there now). No hate towards the homeless, but my dog rolling in human sheet is my limit (I filed a request separately for cleanup).

Lights being on under the building help with safety of park visitors if homeless folks decide to sleep there, prevent anyone from crapping in public, help keep women safe, and tbh make the unused run down building less creepy.

Is it possible to prioritize getting all lights on the building on? Thank you so much!
