    This is a fire exit. people work in this building through the day and night. OSHA violation. fire code violation. city has recieved notice several times that these violations are happening over several months. Spin company is not complying with contract the city has with the company. Scooters need to be impounded and fined just like any other bike or scooter would be

    egregious and dangerous. clear the sidewalks like you promised. AA government needs to ticket and impound. it's funny actually. you think one person is filling out all these complaints so you can ignore it. I suspect you are actually really irritating a lot of people by ignoring their concerns. It's not just one agitated person who lives and works in AA

    can we do something about this? shouldn't these scooters be ticketed and impounded? The city was all to happy to do it for the bird scooter company. then again, the city accepts money from the spin company so I guess we can't be that suprised.

    I'm alarmed at these are right on a buildings exit. I'm glad the door opens but if there is a fire, panic, or shooting, people will trip over these. it not very safe to keep having scooters placed against exits like this. seriously. with the balloon popping scare last year, it worries me that scooters could slow down people trying to escape from an active shooter.

    Spin scooters blocking fire exits violates fire code and OSHA regulations for workers in the building. the city has an obligation to correct this as they did with bird scooters. if the city does not remove spin scooters like they did with bird due to corporate money corrupting our politics, then the city opens itself up to liability. The city has received notice several times over months that this is a violation.
