    pretty sure this is supposed to be clear of the path of egress so people can quickly clear the building in the event of an emergency. building occupants are supposed to be able to rapidly get to palmer field as a rally point. once again, it did have to be moved far to be safer and less obstructive. I'm just glad that the doors actually can swing open fully this time. sometimes the scooters make that impossible

    does not meet standards set by U of M or AA. scooter is occupying sidewalk adjacent to city owned road. there is no way to say this is not city property (this is not to say the city doesnt have authority over all sidewalks because the city does)

    There is an abandoned scooter at the west end of Argo Dam along the B2B Trail. I pulled it out of the shrubs under the railroad bridge. Judging by how enmeshed it was with the shrubs, it had been there quite a while.
