another scooter in front of a building exit. If there is a shooting or fire and people try to leave the building, they may trip or be slowed down. I can only imagine how horrific it would be to run from a shooting, trip on another scooter, and be gunned down. The city's inaction will have played a part in death or injury. the city has known for weeks to months that this has been a problem. They have responsibility

scooter fails to meet usage standards set by AA or U of M. interestingly, electric scooters (as well as any motorized vehicle) are not authorized to even be operated on the sidewalks according to a regent ordinance. this means this scooter violated a local ordinance to even get here. for someone to ride it away, the ordinance would be violated again. Also, it was parked poorly. I have no idea why people dump these close to building exits.

this is egregious. it's dark, slick, and icy tonight. who is going to see this while walking or biking? Do your job and fix the mess you made when you accepted money to reverse your stance on the dangers of electric scooters. Does anyone else from ann arbor remember how much the local government hated the bird company? it is because the bird company was not paying them off. so many laws broken with these scooters. so many ordinances ignored. so many broken promises. all for money.

electric scooters in front of building exits make it more difficult for people to leave buildings in the even of an emergency like a fire or active scooter. electric scooters should not make it more difficult for people to safely leave buildings. scooters need to be ticketed and impounded as the city of Ann Arbor has assured would happen.

there are literally bike racks right behind this scooter. yet somehow, it was left in the path of travel for 2 of this buildings exits. I'm perplexed

This is a fire exit. people work in this building through the day and night. OSHA violation. fire code violation. city has recieved notice several times that these violations are happening over several months. Spin company is not complying with contract the city has with the company. Scooters need to be impounded and fined just like any other bike or scooter would be
