Porch repair underway without a permit

Phi Signa Kappa house does not seem to have its street address number plainly visible facing the street, as per city code on numbering buildings. I'm not trying to harass the owner, but went to report a sidewalk issue and didn't see any house number.

Heavy equipment working before 7 am on June 13 at construction site.

Greenview Street is in a state of total disrepair, Road surface is cracked everywhere you look, and in many locations potholes have opened up recently. This is a safety issue to motorists and a cause of discomfort. This is a very busy street that runs through the neighborhood yet at the same time neglected in terms of repairs. Not to mention very unappealing look of crumbling infrastructure within city limits.
The street is long overdue for a major reconstruction.

It hasn’t rained in two weeks and this open drain is full of running water. Also, one of the retaining walls that keeps the drain open is collapsing. Also, where it goes underground, it is covered with debris and logs.

Construction site not secure. Soil erosion and sedimentation control not properly installed. No pedestrian access provided.

Fence damaged at SW corner of the water treatment plant grounds. Looks like a tree might have fallen in it and has since been removed, so maybe you know about this. I thought I should let you know in case you don't .

Possible sinkhole-the manhole cover is tilting awkwardly.-
