There is a large dip where the new road intersects a driveway. I’m concerned this will ice over and be dangerous.

SO MUCH GARBAGE on Main Street, constantly. REALLY bad on Sunday!

Bright street light needed over Broadway at the cross walk at the intersection of Plymouth rd There is a street light face out to Plymouth rd but it does not illuminate the Broadway cross walk This is a very busy and tight intersection especially during evening at rush hours When it's raining and dark and busy and person crosses with a dark coat it's extremely difficult to see them A street light is needed over the Broadway crosswalk

Can someone please consider adding an arrow to turn left any the intersection of Varsity Dr & E Ellsworth Rd? When driving north on Varsity Dr and turning left to go west on Ellsworth Rd, sometimes (weekdays between 5:00 and 5:30 PM) you have to wait 2-4 traffic light cycles to be able to make the turn. The traffic driving south on Varsity Dr and turning right onto Ellsworth Rd west has preference and this allows only one or two cars, per traffic light cycle, turn left driving north on Varsity Dr onto Ellsworth Rd west.

The pedestrian crossing has a trip hazard on the ramp. White paint sticks up and my walker had a problem and my husband tripped. We hope you can fix this.

EV charger 13 at 2000 s industrial is broken.

On the Fairview Street side of this property, there is a water line leaking underground. It is bubbling up and running into the storm drain. I knocked, but neighbor is not home.

I called in to say a truck from Taplin nicked our mailbox.
It still closes yet not TIGHT like it did.

I walked my dog for 30 minutes. Mailbox was closed when I left, and open when I got back.

It's not completely broken off, yet I think a *plastic part* broke off which is why it no longer closes as tightly as it did.

This is the 2nd time something like this happened since we moved here 😕

There is a hi-viz diamond shaped sign that says Road Work Ahead. It's in the median blocking Depot westbound traffic from turning left onto N. 4th Ave.

There is no visible road work being done on Depot between N. 4th Ave and Main St. So I'm wondering whether the sign was inadvertently left behind or moved there by pranksters.

Commercial business dealings appear to be occurring at this address. There are large flat bed trucks parked at the rear of the property visible daily speeding up and down our dirt road. The fencing does not hide occasional parking of motorhomes, campers and boats as well. We worry about the impact of this on our own property and real estate values. R1

Every time it rains all the gravel on the Arlington and in the driveways south of us washes down our driveway and through our lawn. This has happened ever since the city "fixed"
the road a few years ago. We have emailed on this before. We now have a twelve inch trench running across our lawn. Please send someone out to look at it.
