Abandoned ScooterAcknowledged103 Zina Pitcher Pl Ann Arbor, MI 48109, USA - Ann Arborscooter fails to meet usage standards set by AA or U of M. interestingly, electric scooters (as well as any motorized vehicle) are not authorized to even be operated on the sidewalks according to a regent ordinance. this means this scooter violated a local ordinance to even get here. for someone to ride it away, the ordinance would be violated again. Also, it was parked poorly. I have no idea why people dump these close to building exits.

Abandoned ScooterAcknowledged1300 E Ann St Ann Arbor, MI 48109, USA - Ann Arborthis is egregious. it's dark, slick, and icy tonight. who is going to see this while walking or biking? Do your job and fix the mess you made when you accepted money to reverse your stance on the dangers of electric scooters. Does anyone else from ann arbor remember how much the local government hated the bird company? it is because the bird company was not paying them off. so many laws broken with these scooters. so many ordinances ignored. so many broken promises. all for money.

Abandoned ScooterAcknowledgedMech. Building Ann Arbor, MI 48109, USA - Ann Arborinconsiderate, and obstructive placement. Scooter is illegally parked. the city must impound as they did with the bird scooters. otherwise, it sends to optic that the city gives preferential treatment to the spin company because the spin company pays the city. Failure opens the city up to liability.

Abandoned ScooterAcknowledged100 Washtenaw Ave Ann Arbor, MI 48109, USA - Ann ArborI almost crashed my bike into this scooter's wheel. I was not expecting scooters to be randomly parked on bridges. the city of Ann Arbor must impound these scooters despite recieving a check from the Spin scooter company ("big scooter" as I've taken to calling it) please AA city officials help out the people who commute by biking. biking is so much better for the planet than these polluting scooters.

Abandoned ScooterAcknowledgedUniversity Of Michigan 100 Observatory St, Ann Arbor, MI 48109, USA - Ann ArborSpin scooter disrupting path of egress for this building. OSHA violation. people work in this building. having these here is dangerous for the hardworking people of AA just trying to do their jobs.

Abandoned ScooterAcknowledged100 Observatory St Ann Arbor, MI 48109, USA - Ann Arborscooter in people's way. please ticket scooters like was assured by AA personnel. scooter fails to meet standards set by local government.
-
Abandoned ScooterAcknowledged1310 N University Ave Ann Arbor, MI 48109, USA - Ann Arboranother scooter in front of a building exit. If there is a shooting or fire and people try to leave the building, they may trip or be slowed down. I can only imagine how horrific it would be to run from a shooting, trip on another scooter, and be gunned down. The city's inaction will have played a part in death or injury. the city has known for weeks to months that this has been a problem. They have responsibility
-
Abandoned ScooterAcknowledgedObservatory + Washington Hts Ann Arbor, MI 48109, USA - Ann Arborthere are literally bike racks right behind this scooter. yet somehow, it was left in the path of travel for 2 of this buildings exits. I'm perplexed

Abandoned ScooterAcknowledgedMech. Building Ann Arbor, MI 48109, USA - Ann ArborSpin scooters blocking fire exits violates fire code and OSHA regulations for workers in the building. the city has an obligation to correct this as they did with bird scooters. if the city does not remove spin scooters like they did with bird due to corporate money corrupting our politics, then the city opens itself up to liability. The city has received notice several times over months that this is a violation.

Abandoned ScooterAcknowledgedAlice C. Lloyd Hall Ann Arbor, MI 48109, USA - Ann ArborThis is a fire exit. people work in this building through the day and night. OSHA violation. fire code violation. city has recieved notice several times that these violations are happening over several months. Spin company is not complying with contract the city has with the company. Scooters need to be impounded and fined just like any other bike or scooter would be
