Abandoned ScooterAcknowledged103 Zina Pitcher Pl Ann Arbor, MI 48109, USA - Ann Arborscooter fails to meet usage standards set by AA or U of M. interestingly, electric scooters (as well as any motorized vehicle) are not authorized to even be operated on the sidewalks according to a regent ordinance. this means this scooter violated a local ordinance to even get here. for someone to ride it away, the ordinance would be violated again. Also, it was parked poorly. I have no idea why people dump these close to building exits. -
