There have been frequent requests made to the board of health to discuss this trash issue by the Beauport hotel. This continues to contribute to the rat population. Something more needs to be done to rectify this aside from “speaking to them” an alternative solution should be found or fines should be involved at this point. The open bay doors to the kitchen sit feet behind this mess allowing potential rodents to enter all day. This isn’t even the days end picture which includes more trash to sit overnight. Kindly address this public health concern.

Styrofoam from ongoing stucco project is EVERYWHERE. it is all over job site, neighbors yards and IN THE MILL RIVER. there is no containment system for Styrofoam shavings when they are sanding the surface in preparation of stucco. This is an environmental disaster. Someone needs to address this immediately. Due to homeowners relationship with building department no rules have been followed and no consequences have ever been brought forward for a mismanaged environmental issue. Please ensure there is a site visit ASAP.

I am concerned about the state of this property. There are several abandoned cars and debris in the driveway. Abutters have recently had to hire exterminators for mice and rats.

Beginning Sunday, December 13, restaurant patrons must remain masked any time they are not eating or drinking. This is not occurring at this location.
