Having recently mountain biked the area it looks significantly different the just a few months ago and looks to be encroaching on city wetland protection areas with roads and industrial buildings added.

    There is a hole in front of Rhumline which needs more asphalt I had fallen last night while trying to vist this establishment and ended up in the emergency room because I broke my ankle and a child also walking later that night while walking to catch train had also fallen please fix!

    Super dangerous intersection that kids have to walk through every day on their way to school. There is an accident here a few times a month. Need a crosswalk or something else to make this turn safer ASAP.
