Storm drain structure and underground erosion issue

CLOGGED DRAIN OUT IN FRONT OF 50 REYNARD ST, RESIDENT ALSO CLAIMS WATER COMING FROM CHERRY STREET CAUSING FLOODING ON PROPERTY LOOKING FOR CULVERT, ETC CAN BE DONE REDIRECT WATER (Resident claims issue started after the new sidewalks were installed)

The asphalt berm on the east side of Herrick Ct. needs an additional 4 or 5 inches added as when we have heavy rains the water cascades from the top of the hill down the street flooding and eroding my car park cement floor The additional berm height would channel the water more onto the street and directing most the flow towards the existing storm drain at the foot of this hill

I wrote last year about this and was visited by someone from your department. Condition has worsened. Snow melt and rainwater fails to reach drain on East side of Washington street, and instead spill across the road, eroding my driveway and flooding my parking area. This condition continues along Washington street and floods my yard as well as the Folly Cove parking area.

The catch basin at the corder of Rockport Road and Beachland Avenue is clogged.

Asphalt around drain is severly damaged. There are cracks all around it. This makes it loose with the possibility of coming out and causing damage to passing cars or pedestrians. It's also extremely noisy as traffic constantly runs over it. It's a hazard that needs to be fixed ASAP with new apshalt around it. Some attempt last year was made but it wasn't a permanent fix. This thing could be quite dangerous and is really close to the sidewalk.

Souther Road was recently paved. Caller reports that whenever it rains the drain floods into her yard. Please check drain for clogging.

CLOGGED DRAIN LOCATED BEHIND CENTRAL GRAMMAR BLDING OUT IN FRONT OF THE PARKING LOT

This view is at the top of the lane that leads down to 13, 15, and 17 Revere Street. Most of the rainwater draining down from further up Revere Street ends up coming down our lane and then draining down and through my property at 13 Revere Street. If you view the area at my property, you will see where the lane has been eroded over the years. Note that the drainpipe sticking out from under the lane was completely covered with hot top some time ago. I would like to see if something could be done with a Hotop mound at the top to the lane to keep the water running down past the lane entrance and down Revere Street. The Jussila Lane entrance, just feet down from our lane entrance has a mound where it meets Revere Street and it prevent the water from entering their road. Hope we can get some help.

Street light near the center of the grass median strip across from Harbor Point ice cream shop is still out, has not been fixed. Please reference the previous three issue I.D's, Issue I.D# 11202021, 9/30/21, Issue I.D# 15210287, 9/4/23, Issue I.D# 15515288
