Trees in the river need to be removed

Large mature dead or dying tree branches overhanging street and nearby houses.

The Paddocks community is requesting the street trees be limbed up in the community to include:
Snow Chief Road
Bold Venture Drive
Bold Ruler Court
Headplay Court

Resident would like trees inspected for possible trimming in the community of Valley Meade, especially along Old fence road and Ramblewood road. They are hanging very low over the road.

Bureau of Public Works responded to a broken sewage stand pipe. The break is on our property, however, the inspector informed us that the tree roots caused the damage. We believe this tree is Howard County’s property and therefore responsible for the damage by the tree. We would like to have someone come out and determine if the tree is on Howard County property. If so, would like to appeal the damage as Howard County’s responsibility.

Broken branches on top of tall trees close to falling

Very tall tree, leaning heavily over walking path, and a homeowner's fence. Tree health is on county property and has deteriorated over past year, and one large branch in particular is dying a at risk of falling on pedestrians. The tree is also showing signs of decay at the root base.
