    What is Howard County doing in the protected watershed area that runs along Autumn Rust Rd? There is daily activity in the area and dozens of pink and white flags have been tied to trees and undergrowth. Also, today a piece of heavy equipment damage the turf in an access area off of Brittany Dr near the intersection with Autumn Rust Rd. This needs to be repaired.

    Earlier this week you cleared blockage from the low flow drain on this storm water pond. Now that the water level is down, I can see the low flow drain cover is missing. Water level in pond is below normal and debris is free to enter the concrete drain. Distant photo kind of shows the square hole on front. From behind the photo shows debris and water flowing freely.
