    Despite assurances on the County's website, that plowing efforts would turn to neighborhoods, the website map indicates that plowing has not been completed ON A SINGLE ROAD, 60+ hours after snowfall has ended. It's merely "in progress". And not in progress on more than 10% of neighborhood streets. Indeed, it appears that there has been ZERO progress in the last 24 hours. Was extra equipment/manpower on standby for the well-anticipated record storm? If not, why not? When can neighborhoods--obviously, particularly mine---see a snowplow? When did the 24/7 staffing end?

    A construction crew repaired a pipe under the street many months ago and did a very poor job patching the hole they dug up. There are now several large potholes that need to be repaired badly.
