6644 Irving Ave. South Richfield, Minnesota - Richfield
I moved to Richfield in June 2017. Love the area, neighbors and neighborhood, parks, etc. - I take pride in and brag about how nice it is here.
I walk to my MTC express bus each morning at 66th and 35W. The same garbage has been under the bridge for the entire time and has continued to accumulate. PLEASE - can someone be responsible for doing some kind of regular clean up. I have picked up a couple things, but there are no garbage cans around there either. I will pick up more if you can't if you get a garbage can there. THANKS!

1020 Rae Drive #10 Richfield, Minnesota - Richfield
Potholes are getting larger by the hour as you turn from Rae Drive to head West on 66th Street. Trying to avoid holes - almost getting into accidents. If this is not Richfield work, please emphasize the problem to Hennepin county. This fixes cannot wait any longer.

6608 Emerson Ave S Richfield 55423, United States - Richfield
There is nothing remotely resembling a sidewalk on 66th Street between Emerson Ave S and Humboldt Ave S.
Traveling on bike or foot up to Penn Ave from Emerson is nearly impossible without having to walk or bike in the road.
If my child was in a wheelchair (like a classmate of my children) I would be one angry mother and would file suit with the help of the ACLU.
I know this is temporary, but Richfield, you can do better at keeping Hennepin County accountable for the work being done in our fair town and keeping our citizens safe.
  • 7526 Harriet Ave S Richfield, Minnesota - Richfield
The fense/gate at the end of the road has been significantly damaged due to city snow plow pushing snow into fence
  • 6215 4th Avenue South Minneapolis, Minnesota - Richfield
This section of the path (just south of Hwy. 62, between 4th Ave. S. and Clinton) has been a problem for years. The path is not level and water accumulates, forming a pond that often covers the entire path. It is a problem in any season, but becomes treacherous in the winter and early spring. Neighbors have tried to clear paths through the snow and to warn others with signs, but these are temporary measures. There have been serious injuries due to ice. This has been reported several times; now is the time to correct the problem!
  • 7301 James Ave S Richfield, Minnesota - Richfield

I live in an area where the city plows the sidewalks. And after my first winter in Richfield ('06) I have put up stakes on the boulevard so the plow that clears the sidewalks doesn't tear up my yard.

This year all of my stakes on one side of the sidewalk are now gone and the the plow destroyed my boulevard today (3/6/18) I understand the it may be difficult to see the edges of the sidewalk but continuing after you know you are no longer plowing snow is unacceptable.

I have attached an image and you can clearly see for some reason it is only my yard that was tore up, the Church property is fine and the neighbors to the west of me have little to no damage. I have pics of that to but I can only post 1.

I'd like to know what the city is planning on doing to fix this issue once the snow is melted? I have re-sodded and seeded multiple times over the last 12 years to fix damage and I'm sick of it especially since the plowing is out of my control.
