Pothole on Cotillion Drive at the entrance to Madison Square of Dunwoody Condos.
Everyone pulling out of the complex hit that hole that has a pipe sticking out of it.
It’s been like that for months.
Please take care of it.

A pothole (or two) on Mt Vernon Rd eastbound, just before the traffic light.

There is a pothole between 4719 and 4727 Tilly Mill Road which is getting worse. It needs to be repaired and repaved.

Poorly repaired pothole. City contractors did a lousy job repairing it and created more of an issue with the pavement. Ctiy needs to inspect.

New landscaping is already damaged. Somethings needs to happen. Maybe the upgraded turn is not designed properly for all the truck traffic.

There are 3 manholes on N. Peachtree Road between Delverton Dr. and Peachtree N Ct that are crumbling and difficult to drive over. Cars try to curve to the right of them to avoid destroying their cars. Really rough on cars. The photo shown is the manhole closest to Peachtree N. Ct. The other 2 are closer to Delverton Dr.

Whose responsibility is it to fix a retaining wall at sidewalk?

Pothole in front of Chesnut Elementary on the northbound lane. Just past Brookhurst Dr.

Road is caving in - gets worse each month

My house is on 1823 Mount Vernon Rd. The concrete that was poured by the city about 6 years ago cured in an Inverted-V shape and as such scrapes the bottom of my car everytime, as shown in the picture. Also, the transition from my driveway to Mount Vernon rd is about 2 inches high, causing a hazard for my little children riding bikes into the road. We will need the city to address this ASAP.

13 distinctive thumps can be felt while driving east on Mount Vernon Road from Chamblee Dunwoody Road to Wickford Way. The botched major pavement job done years ago continues to plague us.
