Reporter stating she has called a couple of times regarding crushed cement and missing two-foot chunks described as a jigsaw puzzle. Please inspect and advise.

Cracked slope of sidewalk and part of street at corner of San Jose and Park Street. Concern for people tripping and or wheelchair or stroller hazard. Approximately 5 inches deep and a foot and a half wide.

Since they plan to put in a new tree to replace the one that had to be removed, are they going to replace the curb and sidewalk damaged by the roots of the previous tree first? Water pools in front of our driveway because of the curb damage as well

This bad trip hazard on 400 Grand Street has been reported time back and nothing happened.
The sidewalk is pushed up and cracking with cement plates causing a trip hazard.

Who is responsible for keeping these bushes trimmed? The city or the owner at 2600 Bayview. It is a busy, Blind corner for pedestrians and bikes.

Possible root damage to private property and offset on sidewalk.

This sidewalk was broken by the construction project at this house years ago, and it has yet to be fixed. It is a tripping hazard. My 83-year-old mother tripped and almost fell. This is an accessibility barrier and I know the city is working to identify this. Any, and all support is appreciated.
