Would be nice to have flowers.

Yearly water accumulation due to blocked sewer drain. Drain was repaired twice a few years ago but continues to be an issue. Danger to children, the elderly, animals and can promote insect propagation.

Wooden planks missing on bench between splash pad and train

Marcovitz parc on Randall street is very dirty. Sand has not been changed/cleaned in 12 years I live across. Would be great to switch for synthetic grass or mulch. Thank you for considering this important issue.

Bushes not cut on path between whitehorn and Kildare.
This makes it easier for kids to smoke pot there.

A tree is rubbing against the top of the lamp post and makes a squeaking noise whenever a light breeze occurs. This has been happening for years, and as a result, the lamp post is beginning to lean (in the direction of my house). It is time to fix it. This lamp post is situated directly on the property line where Yavne Elementary School meets 7938 Wavell rd.

Tree was cut down and giant stump has not been removed. This is dangerous for kids to play on.

Would it be possible to have the grass that was destroyed over the winter by snow clearing vehicles and salt/abrasives, replaced with earth and seed? Thanks in advance.
