City of Alpharetta PLUS

We are experiencing horrible traffic issues getting out of our neighborhood due to construction vehicles blocking the road. We are down to one lane most days with no visibility as to cars coming through. Often times, cars have to backup so that oncoming traffic can come through. The builders and construction workers don't seem to be aware or care. Something needs to be done, and there should be some accountability from the builder on creating an unsafe condition in the neighborhood.

I would really like to see a 4-way stop at this intersection (Roswell St and Marietta St). It would slow traffic on Roswell St between Milton Ave and Old Milton Pkwy. I live nearby and there are accidents at this intersection almost weekly. Everyday, drivers on Roswell St go way over the speed limit and the cars coming up Marietta St either do not have time or they assume this is already a 4-way stop intersection, so they stop and then go. We have seen TOO MANY bad car accidents, people injured, car crash into PURE's small building at the corner and 2 cars once crashed into the entrance of Victoria Square. Luckily in these cases so far, no one has been killed, but it is only time. I walk here daily with my family and dogs and the level of traffic and people speeding has us nervous to walk around our neighborhood.
ALSO... Marietta St (between Roswell St and Old Milton Pkwy) - people drive way too fast cutting down this street to avoid the light at Old Milton. There are speed limit radar signs up, and everyone goes past reading "too fast" however it doesn't slow anyone down. I would like to see speed humps on this road which would deter people from cutting down this road at highway speeds.

Our neighborhood homeowners have experienced many near-misses when exiting The good because of vehicles parked on the curve, forcing vehicles into the middle of the street, with a significant blind spot on eastbound Mid Broadwell such that when traffic from that direction enters our community; (on purpose or erroneously) we believe a collision is just a matter of time. Our HOA Board would like to establish a no parking zone in the area indicated in order to ensure safety for all.

Needs to be a crosswalk with buttons to allow people to cross to get to Avalon safely.

Many people often park here with their hazards on blocking traffic during school hours and sometimes right before school when traffic is bad. Passing these cars to turn off of the road is a hazard. There is designated parking on this road and I believe if its needed it should be reserved for the nest. gardeners/ workers etc. should not be allowed to park here.

A lot of cars are flying through the solid red lig, two didn't even stop and I had the green arrow and was almost t-boned (Bridge looks great, just need to retrain folks that the light is back to being operable) a

Resident at 323 Milton Ave parking vehicles on Lee Dr close to stop sign and taking up street. Request for No Parking sign on Lee Dr.

I think a sensor might be broken at the intersection. The turn lane onto Windward Concourse gets a green arrow when no vehicles are present in the turn lane.

Unable to see the street light going north on north point parkway at great oaks way until the last few seconds. Road goes Into a curve and the secondary light is hidden behind a tree except in winter. Please don't cut the tree!!

The sensor to turn left from WB Old Milton Pkwy onto Parkview Ln is not working. A truck has been waiting to turn for 3+ cycles, and the light will not even change to a flashing arrow.

Several residents living off of Kimball Bridge have noticed after long wait in left turn lane on Kimball Bridge to turn left onto State Bridge (heading west) we ALWAYS hit a red light immediately again, for this access street (state bridge way) leading into Publix/Chick fil a shopping center. Some drivers have rushed ahead only to have to slam on breaks for this access road light. Please look at timing of lights. An accident is sure to happen!
