    For weeks there have been dogs barking, howling at various hours and durations. Our concern is not so much the noise, but that no one has seen the dogs. The barks sound plantitive and at times distressed.

    Anywhere from 4 to 6 Lowes commercial box trucks continually parked on eigther the street or in the vacant lot on 612 3rd st. Some have no plates. This week parking enforcement car came by as trucks still parked on wrong side of street and enforcement skipped over the trucks and only placed tickets on private cars on same side. As of 03/13/24, all the trucks were back parked in the lots at 612 again. This is getting ridiculous with these trucks both on and off the street as street parking is limited. This has been going on for over a year and nothing has changed. A large number of residents on the block are fed up with this. Multiple complaints have been made and nothing seems to happen.
