    Headstone knocked over
  • 267 Quincy Ave Braintree, MA 02184, USA - Braintree

The exterior condition of The Red Apple is deplorable. Something
needs to be done, it is an embarrassment to the neighborhood and town.

I have the displeasure of having to see it everyday as it is on my street.

Please enforce a blight ordinance as it is negatively impacting property values in the neighborhood.

  • 18 Edgemont Road Braintree Massachusetts - Braintree
Multiple unregistered vehicles located on this property. With this property and 24 Edgemont Road (which was already reported here, with no action taken), there are at least 3 unregistered vehicles. I know other homeowners have had to register or remove their unregistered vehicles. I'm wondering why the selective enforcement.

Building is in disrepair, roof exposed to bare wood ,shingles have been flying off for several years.Front metal trim has all been blown off along gable of roof most has hit and landed on the property next door according to the owner.Owner also states he has suffered damage to his cars on numerous occasions from flying debris.Birds and squirrels can be seen entering into the attic, early in the morning and at dusk.It looks like there is water entering the roof and inside the front wall (mold and attic window recently being left open. How is this building allowed in this state of condition?how can he (Brian)have insurance on this property? Fact is Brian couldn't care less,he gives lip service to the town and continues to do nothing. So much for the Village Overlay District

  • River St Braintree, MA, 02184, USA - Braintree
The general consensus is that these signs were placed on River Street for the sole purpose of ensuring the construction crew had sufficient parking during the school year. Since there is no school in session, please have these signs removed so the local neighbors are able to park.
  • 247 Grove St Braintree, Massachusetts - Braintree
247 Grove St is a junk yard. There are 12 vehicles on the property, changing on a daily basis. The vehicles they do drive may not be registered as well, probably just switching plates. There is a full size dumpster (full of garbage) that has been there for over a year, which they occasionally take stuff out of and burn. They park a full sized commercial flatbed tow truck on premises, which allows them to bring home more and more vehicles. Other items on the property include a storage trailer, a propane forklift and Bobcat (both stored in garage under the house), a tractor with a front end loader and backhoe, 2 unlicensed dogs (1 pit bull), plows, engine parts, chemicals, the list goes on and on.
