Storm Sewer from street side looks ok. The back side is caving in and the concrete is breaking away. Thought it should be repaired before it gets even worse and becomes a much larger repair. Thank you.

At Preservation Pond on the southeast part of the park. Gazebo nearby. The last week there has been consistently water on the ground. Not evaporating. I think there may be something broken underground.

For the past few days, water has been leaking out of a underground pipe in the south bound side of First Street, north of Windsor. This morning, the heavy metal "cap" that usually sits on the hole/covering was upside down and about 15 feet south, causing a traffic hazard.

Residents of this neighborhood report flooding when it rains frequently that has not been addressed. This was stated numerous times during recent Urbana Plan Commission and Urbana City Council meetings over the past month regarding a development adjacent to this neighborhood. Please address their issues.

Can the traffic light at Curtis and Mattis be adjusted so that it isn't operating using some sort of a 'canned' program? Does this intersection not have pavement sensors or cameras? The light changes for non-existent traffic, and always provides turn arrows when no traffic is present to turn. It is clearly not using real time data, to determine what it needs to do. "Which direction is the light out" and "Which type of light is out" questions are not applicable here.

Whether there are cars are not, the light going east on Interstate will always show a green light and a green left turn light. Even if I am the only car going west on Interstate towards Watersedge apartments, I will never get a green light until the left turn light going east stops.

The crosswalk pushbuttons located on the northwest corner dont work. The pole in which they are installed was knocked down in a car accident. When they re-installed the pole they did not restore the pushbutton functions
