    This construction has been bothering the neighbors due to the fact the workers are messy and do not clean up once they are done using certain materials. They throw pieces and parts off the roof that fall both inside and outside the property and it can also be harmful for passers-by. Other than that, they go up in the roof with no protection or whatsoever - no security helmets and accessories which is very dangerous. This property needs to be checked ASAP as the work has been going for quite a while and they can go days without anybody working there, but all their trash and mess remain out.

The sign on the door says it's owned by a FL mortgage company it is not listed for sale and the owners are listed on your site as the people who moved out that long ago. A company mows the front lawn regularly, but have started just adding brush to a huge pile by a tree out front and the street side mailbox is falling down and the house is getting to be an eyesore for our street. Anything the town can do to help?
