There are several biased traffic lights in Montgomery County. By biased I mean that going one way is much longer that going the other way. One is at the intersection of Westlake Dr. and Tuckerman La. is very long if you are headed up Westalke Dr. to turn left on Tuckerman. It is very frustrating. There are several other biased lights in the County that I will report after I double check the street names.

Many potholes in development of North gate apartments deep and big.

The sensor for the traffic light at Mansfield was dug up during repaving and not replaced, leading to needless changes of the light and increased congestion on Wayne all times of day.

Due to the Pike & Rose construction, there is a patched area in the road that is now sunken down to the point that it is like a large pothole. You can see where cars have dragged the road, and it causes traffic slowdowns and swerving - particularly during morning rush hour.

Montgomery County MD is making lots of money due to the installation or Red Light Cameras. If a person is highly aware of these cameras and is determined not to get a ticket they may very well jam on the brakes if a yellow light comes when they are close to the intersection. If the driver directly behind them has no knowledge or care about these cameras there is a fair chance that they are going to plow right into the car in front of them.

Several vehicles are causing near accidents when attempting to cross or get onto New Hampshire Ave from the Apartment complex. They need a light or some other safe way to get to the Apartments. Its very dangerous during rush hour especially.

Utility or construction crews have dug a trench across Dennis Ave that is 6-8 inches deep in places where it isn't patched. It requires steel plates or to be properly filled in.
