    Eastbound traffic turning left onto Conner has a green arrow, but westbound traffic does not have a "no turn on red" sign, creating a conflict when westbound traffic turns right. I have almost been hit several times.

    It would also be helpful to have turn lines for those travelling southbound on Conner and turning right onto Jefferson. Since the second right turn lane is new, I have almost been hit several times as those in the rightmost lane drift into my lane because they are not paying attention to the "new" turn lane.

    3 lanes on northbound 3rd St merge to form 2 lanes on the opposite side of the intersection, without any kind of pavement markings or signage to indicate the merge. I was almost hit by a driver in the inside (left) lane today, who wasn't paying attention to this.

    Please conduct a signal warranty study at this location; a traffic signal is sorely needed. There are lots of issues with high volumes of vehicles attempting to turn in/out of the parking lot, as well as very high numbers of pedestrians having to cross in the middle of the block from all of the neighborhoods south of E Jefferson.
