    Alley needs repaved. There is a huge root from a tree that has destroyed a portion of the alley. 5042 3rd Ave S is being built and was required to have a rear loaded garage by the city. Cars hit the root when driving through the alley.

    There are large potholes on Jasmine Terrace and when it rains hard there is water running in our yard and puddling on side of garage. Please fix these asap, this keeps happening.

    Whenever it rains (even a little) the alley fills up with water directly behind our garage entrance. It is a muddy mess for several days for everyone who uses the alley including ourselves as we come and go.
