ALLEY (potholes) – PAVED
Resident reported that potholes are presenting in the paved alley behind address noted. They requested alley condition review and maintenance.

This alley between 28th Ave and 30th AVE floods at the slightest rainfall. The entire alley has potholes and needs a resurfacing and a drain of some sort.

The alley behind this address, east of 3rd St North needs to be at least graded. At one time I believe millings were put down but that has worn off. There are numerous depressions and at the entrance off of 3rd St there is major erosion that holds water whenever it rains and creates a mosquito haven. This alley gets traffic from the NE Little League parking.

Ally way between 34th and 35th ave north ha been deteriorating for years. The pot holes are dangerous especially to our elderly pedestrians who walk daily. Last year I called the city and spoke a senior representative and he gave me a ref # 13021245. Still have not heard back from city. Please repair. About 10 years ago the city patched the Allyway

work done previously by crew to repair depression in alley has now created a dip behind property which when it rains makes water stagnant. the work done on either side of the alley has caused a deep inclination in the middle causing this issue.

Citizen called and in the alley entrance off of 36th Ave S there is a pothole.

There are large potholes on Jasmine Terrace and when it rains hard there is water running in our yard and puddling on side of garage. Please fix these asap, this keeps happening.

Alleyway west of 28th ST bet 35th and 36th Ave has deep ditches that hold water long after rain stops.

Over the last 100 plus years, large trucks driving the alley have caused the pavers to sink. I believe the heaviest areas have sank close to a foot. Most of the areas where the pavers meet the granite edging are not level and pose a trip hazard to people coming to the St. Pete Free Clinic to pick up food from out Food Pantry. It has become very hazardous for our forklifts to enter and exit our loading dock when receiving food donations and individual donors also have to navigate the hazard entry of our receiving dock. We would like to request the pavers be removed, the ally be releveled and the pavers re-installed. Please reach to me if you would like to walk the alley with you. Thank you!
