Resident stated that the catch basin lid needs to be reset or replaced at the noted location. They requested review and repair.

The storm water drain basins on 8th Ave at the corner of 54 street, and the two separate basins on 54th just before the 9th avenue intersection are not taking storm water, they fill up as if they are dry wells, and water comes billowing out of them. The current will take the water to 55th & 8th. There is an obvious clog in the pipe somewhere. Requesting camera inspection and jetting.

Local residents reported the 3 stormwater drains surrounding the Sunlit Cove Boat Ramp are clogged and not draining. This was mentioned to the RBCA while we held a canal cleanup event on Saturday. It was stated the street was backing up and flooding when the groundwater pumps at a neighboring property tried to drain to the street stormbasins. Those pump lines were switched to going directly into the canal, so there is no current flooded area, but the drains need to be cleared.

Storm sewer is not draining and is clogged. Can this please be repaired? Thank you.

when they redid the manhole at the end of the Alley next to our house they raised it a couple of inches. which now does not allow rain water to drain or run down the street causing it to lay in front of our house. a simple solution would be to cut groves or a large grove behind the manhole to allow the water to run down the street.

Storm water drains on both sides of Denver St NE always backup during high tides. It hasn’t rained since 10am, so this is literally just oven water coming up through the failing check valve.
