I recently had an active request that was closed regarding alot of standing storm water. There is standing water just in front of our house for days and is a perfect environment for mosquito breeding.

Also, days when there is a lot of rain the pooling is so dense we are worried about damage on our car.

The last request was closed and the note stated that repair was already was done. There was nothing done and not sure why it was closed due to completion. I did speak to someone that came out to to take a look but he stated he couldnt do anything because there was no active water currently. You can clearly see that it is an issue even on dry days when looking at our house compared to others on the street. Thank you.

Mirror lake is becoming a mess again. Unhoused individuals are leaving trash all over the lake and trash is blowing into the lake . People who live around the lake and the city workers do their best to clean up after them but it is a never ending battle .Wellmeaning but misguided people e are coming around the lake distributing food and clothing every day, sometimes several timesa day. This causes traffic problem, overflowing trash bins and unhealthy sanitary conditions People should be encouraged to go to feeding centers and shelters that have services that can help them and that have bathrooms at the very least.
Please do something about this .

no rain today. no wind today. just tide. water started appearing in the road around 1pm and with another 90Minutes until high tide I am unable to leave my house without driving through salt water. This water ruins the brakes, rotors and undercarriage of all the cars in the neighborhood. I just had to pay a few thousand dollars for a new suspension, rotors and brakes because of the salt water corrosion. Not to mention the damage to my driveway this water has caused. I know we are working on a fix and I am grateful but I will continue to post this issue until it stops happening.

Standing water on newly repaved road.

Flooding along Sunrise Dr S, 42nd Ave S, and 4th St S. Please address our drainage system in this area. Residents cannot enter or exit the community when we experience flooding events such as these. Additionally, it's damaging our roads.

This pothole is increasing in depth and area. It is a hazard to pedestrians, bicycles and vehicles.It needs extensive work.

Resident reported flooding concerns at the location noted, please review and investigate.

Storm drain top is falling through. Most of them on 9th st between 62nd Ave n and 83rd Ave n are basically falling down and it's absolutely terrifying thinking about the safety of kids falling down one of these. This one in the photo is on the corner of 70th Ave n and 9th st.

The drainage grate is uneven in its square setting. The edges are sharp and stick up, which is bad for tires when cars are turning into this road.

Additionally, many pot holes along this road.

Resident stated that the catch basin lid needs to be reset or replaced at the noted location. They requested review and repair.
