Millings alley lacking material and having potholes in various locations to include entrance

Alley needs repaved. There is a huge root from a tree that has destroyed a portion of the alley. 5042 3rd Ave S is being built and was required to have a rear loaded garage by the city. Cars hit the root when driving through the alley.

Resident reported that potholes are presenting in the paved alley behind address noted. They requested alley condition review and maintenance.

Resurfacing needed in 9th terrace. It looks like there was asphalt here, now most is broken and missing from 10th to 12th street. MLK to 10th st is paved but this section is missing chunks.

It is becoming difficult to drive our Toyota Camry through our alley way. The tire tracks have worn down the dirt road so much that our car is beginning to scrape along the center of the track. There are pot holes where the crews have to dig out the manhole covers to access the sewer system, and they fill with water that becomes stagnant when it rains. Most of our block parks their vehicles in their alley accessible driveways and they are constantly covered in dust and dirt.

Alley way has several potholes

Alley between 5th avenue North and 6th avenue North. 22nd Street and 23rd Street North. Several other potholes in the alley. People are also flying up and down the alley since a new business opened. Speed bumps would be nice. Thank you very much

Due to construction and heavy trucks, parts of the alleyway have begun to sink into grooves and created potholes where water accumulates. Concern is mosquito infestation, among other things. Alley needs to be paved to address this issue long term.
