Street level Public right-of-way Belgian block sidewalk is severely damaged, poorly constructed, large portions of the stones have sunk down and forms large puddles after the any precipitation - it takes over a week to evaporate. You have to hop and maneuver carefully to avoid muddy portions. The walkway should be power washed to remove construction debris and silt that has accumulated over the past ten years since it was reconstructed as part of required Historic Rehabilitation. The stone should be relaid and supported properly to maintain a level surface to walk on. The ADA ramp to the elevated ROW sidewalk is along this stretch of First Street. Current conditions as they are now make it very difficult to push any wheeled stroller, dolly or wheelchair to gain access to the elevated portion of sidewalk surrounding this building. The entrance to the office, artist studios and Nyack University student dormitories are accessed on First street side of the building where this walkway is located. This walkway, ADA ramps (as well as the staircases up), and elevated sidewalk are not private property it should be properly maintained by 150 Bay Street property owners. In addition to the pedestrian traffic to the dorms, commercial offices and studios space, there are four floors of rental apartments as well as active retail spaces surrounding the entire building. This needs to be repaired and rebuilt ASAP.

I keep bringing these to the city's attention and they're not all being repaired can we do something about it thank you

The city planted a tree, but it seems like they damaged the curb, half of it is completely gone so now the dirt has no retaining wall and it's just going to continue to spill out into the street Can the city repair this?

I had a very bad fall that put me in the emergency room a few months ago on Harrison Avenue and now whenever I'm out walking my dog Some of them have been abated but I'm still noticing a lot of sidewalk trip and fall hazard complaints have not been abated despite me having listed them on this app.... This is yet another address that needs to be looked at and fixed

461.5 Jersey Avenue sidewalk has been rough asphalt and non-compliant for over 4 years now. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen if it hasn't already.

The sidewalk corners were the crosswalk meets is damaged and need repair. This is a danger to
anyone handicapped or using a stroller

Broken sidewalk is a tripping hazard. Please fix.

1. Sidewalk on Reserve Street side is badly damaged and not ADA compliant. Both sides on this block. Along side street and also passage into Tonnelle Ave NB sidewalk side (a.k.a US 1-9).

2. Independent from that business, at sidewalk on US 1-9 NB where Reserve Street has roadblock to to US 1-9, there is a metal rod sticking out. Impaling hazard.

3. Same sidewalks in Point 2, ADA violation, sidewalks are not passable at all. US 1-9 NB sidewalk is slippery and uneven when rains, and there is a risk of tripping and falling right under tractor trailer on the highway. There is no shoulder there and drivers' view is obstructed by building at 486 Tonnelle.

4. I request both sidewalks be fixed to comply with ADA. That includes passage from Reserve to Tonnelle side. It is steeps there and no steps allowed under ADA.

4. I request rod in sidewalk be removed ASAP.
