This is the site of the wall collapse on JFK and 139. The owner of this property should be cited for the following conditions: the fence with razor sharp Barbwire is falling onto the sidewalk. The sidewalk needs repair, it is covered in garbage and graffiti, someone should really go look at that fence and have it taken care of pretty ASAP.

A constituent reported that this property is not maintained and has debris and branches on the roof, causing leak issues on their property.

Door continues to be left open on this recently sold property. Squatters inside, throwing things from the windows into the street, yelling late at night. Owner needs to lock the door

There is always something dangerous going on there from day to night.
I have children who have to go to school and sleep at night, and it is impossible when the entire place is taken over. no cop's nothing , no one there to put a stop to it. who is responsible for this ,and who is the owner? who is letting this happen . last night, gunshot and loud music. this getting out of control, they took over and run the place.. it's needs to end now .

17 Leonard Street has been vacant and continuously has pieces of the building falling into our yard at 28 Grace Street. This structure had the roof removed and is hollowed out but the outside is a mess. We have a child and dog and theyve been in the backyard while debris has flown into the yard. Today a piece of siding with large nail.

This lot located at 374-376 third street has a very large Invase species Tree of Heaven located at the edge of the sidewalk (inside the lot) that is causing a massive lanterfly infestation in neighboring properties for past few years. In the fall, the tree was covered with lanterfly laying eggs, which you can see in the upper branches. They will hatch soon in spring, causing another infestation. I have reported this is the past but the ticket was closed. The owner of this lt needs to be required to take this tree down pursuant to Jersey Coty forestry regulations section I.D.1.a. (Invasive species / infestation).

Moreover, this vacant lot has never had the required signage present stating the name and contact information of the owner, as required. This lot is a chronic offender in that garbage/debris is not cleaned up and it is never shoveled in the snow. This owner needs to be held responsible.
