    Which group/team/leader in the Jersey City Administration is responsible for enforcing Municipal Ordinance 218-1?

    On Feb 26th,2024 I wrote to Director James Shea of the DPS and asked him but I have received no response (that was USPS mail). In addition, I emailed Mr. Hudnut on March 6th at prosecutor@jcnj,org but again, have received no response.

    Please help and find out and let me know who I need to talk to about enforcing this Jersey City code.
