    Tenants repeatedly leaving “offerings” behind a trash can at the intersection of senate place and Newark ave. I’ve asked the man repeatedly to stop and he claims he “has to do it”. Meanwhile he walks 3 blocks from his house to attract rats and litter which ends up on the train tracks below

    Is there anything that can be done to address the dog fecies practically every 10 feet? Neglecting to clean up after pets not only tarnishes our community's cleanliness but also poses health risks. Dog feces can spread harmful bacteria and parasites, affecting both humans and animals. Such behavior shows a disregard for civic responsibility and degrades the quality of our public spaces. It's crucial that we address this issue to maintain the health and enjoyment of our area. Maybe if fines given are people will start to care.
