    None of the charging stations in the Washington - Clinton parking lot seem to work. And if touched, they're loose and seem ready to fall over. Also the two in the City Hall lot also are out of order. For a city that is trying to portray itself as tech savvy and forward-thinking, this is not a great message. I'm new to plug-in vehicle so I might just be missing something ... but all appeared dead.
