Trash is blowing down the street. Attempt to cover unsafe area from plain sight is substandard. (tarp). Codes department has told me that this is not there concern, and it is caln twp's Property. Scott field is a place of many happy memories, it such a shame that is is so run down.

All the lights under the tunnel at the 3rd. ave, train station are either burned out or turned off. It is extremely dark there. And I have not seen anyone picking up trash around there since the 100 year city celebration. Hope this is not a sample of how they are going to maintain the new train station if and when it is completed. Right now I would certainly not let my wife or daughter take the train somewhere and get off after 5pm at the Coatesville stop as dark as it is and I'm sure others feel that way too.

Why have 95% of the street lights been out on Lincoln hwy. between 4th and 3rd ave? You would think that they would want this block to be well lit with there being senior and handicapped apartments located there as well as a bar that always has trouble. I can hardly see where I am going at night in this block. It has been this way for some time.
