Silver Lake Park is a mess Overgrown weeds and grass, paint chipping on fences and benches, cracked pedestrian paths/roads, unoperational fountains filled with stagnant water breeding ground for mosquitoes, broken benches, fences and unpruned trees and bushes. It's like NYC Parks just abandoned it

We are severely underserved by NYC resources. I used 888 NYC-WELL for a mental ill son. Their crisis response team was useless. They are part of RUMC Hospital. They do not operate 24 hours. They will not enter a home. Unless a patient is willing to speak with them they will not pursue the problem. They mark the case closed and leave.

Fence practically fallen over into street and overgrown with weeds. Kids cut through yard to and from Pelton Avenue and one nearly hit darting out from yard. Safety concern. This is the corners of Regan Ave and Dekay street but it's the Rear of 417 Pelton Avenue

All barbecues were removed and never replaced. All other parks have them

I received a sidewalk violation in December 2016, I was more than happy to take the city up on there sidewalk violation removal program here on Staten Island.the sidewalk was repaired by the DOT in April of 2018 and as part of the program I would be billed fairly by the department of finance and there would be no need for reinspection of the violation since the city was fixing the violation. It has been one year and I have not received a bill and the violation has not been removed.i even went a step further and personally went to borough hall and asked the DOT for help they were very helpful but informed me that the department of finance is having computer upgrades and could not issue bills, wow that’s incredible . So now I’m trying to sell my house a year after the city did the work and I can’t get a violation removed and I can’t even get a bill from the City which I would be more than happy to pay.

Sidewalk was severely damaged after a city owned tree uprooted during storm on August 4th 2020. Area has been taped off since that time. No response by any city agency since then.
