The Staten Island railroad is supposed to have an express service and local service. Today there is no express service; there is not any active alert on the MTA website about it. What kind of service is this ar least they should let us know if the schedule is going to change. Last week was the same no active alert about any change and the train was crowded because it was not express service.

The 7.02 am express train never showed up. Plattform crowded, plus the MTA app or the website didn't say anything about it to the riders. How is that possible? Would you please do something about it? It has happened several times, and the MTA never informed.

The Staten Island Railroad is running withe delays. It was supposed to be here at 7.02 express train and it's 7.10am. The platform is full of people and we are going to miss the ferry. Plus, there is not any alert to let us know to the riders about it.

Homeless people without wearing a mask. They are standing on the stairs to take the Staten Island Railroad. They are blocking the way, a guy was smoking weed and nobody do anything. Please take actions is not safe to let homeless people without a mask standing there, please. In the morning I saw homeless sleeping the railway too and they left the train dirty, smelly and looked that the train is not being sanitized like before.

Tompkinsville Station is HAZARDOUS. The station is used as a public restroom and smells like it. This station needs to be cleaned, sanitized and monitored on a daily bases. COVID has nothing on the Tompkinsville station. It's a shame that you have to pay twice to ride at this station when it's a health risk!
